Grow - With a charming atmosphere filled with rustic furniture and fixtures and delicious farm to table meals, it's no wonder that Grow has a 4.5-star rating on Yelp. Its menu includes Eggplant Lasagna, Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf, Pan Seared Sea Bass, and Chicken Fried Chicken. Liquid Lunch - Liquid Lunch was created when the owners grew tired of the same, typical lunch offerings in downtown Shelton. On the menu, you'll find soup options that include French Onion, Beef Barley, Chicken Noodle, and Vegetarian Lentil, along with filling sandwiches, such as Martha's Vineyard (grilled chicken, cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, pepper jack cheese, and caramelized onions) and Santa Fe (marinated chili garlic chicken, red onions, roasted peppers, and pepper jack cheese with chipotle aioli).

Trattoria Roma - Trattoria Roma is one of Shelton's hidden gems and it offers the delicious flavors of Italy.
